great tasting! letting them get black/very dark truly makes the taste good. for sauce use a sweet molasses like date or grape. (vs ketchup) put salt on them to balance the sweetness. (I'm more of a savory person vs sweet)

Helpful directions with an uncomplicated recipe. Turned out great. I seasoned with Cajun spice, paprika, salt and pepper and hit it with a little sea salt after cooking. I will try this again with different spice mixes out of curiosity.

I made the error of using olive oil. Do not disregard their instructions on what oil to use. The ones that weren't burnt were tasty!

Yum. I had about 8-9 small sweet potatoes to use up, left skins on but cut up as described. I used avocado oil and seasoned with berbere seasoning (spicy), salt and smoked paprika. Baked at 475 following directions, flipped them after 10 (hate this putsy part- I’m a clod with tongs) and baked another 10-13 minutes. Something like that. So good!

It’s was quite tasty. Though, I only had mine in for 15 mins baking wise, 20 would’ve been too long.

I used Chinese 5 spice, smoked paprika and Cajun spice. The flavor was wonderfully smoky, sweet and spicy! Loved it!
