Potatoes NEVER bake perfectly in my oven, maybe it’s my ovens fault. I had to bake them 20mins extra but they tasted nice

Best technique for making potato wedges. The parsley and Parmesan are good but not necessary (and my kids don’t like them). You can season them with just about anything. Husband and I love them with Old Bay.

Delicious! my family loved them and i was asked to share the recipe. The only thing i changed was to use Italian seasoning instead of parsley.

The fries didn’t crisp up as we would have liked...they were more like a baked potato but tasted very good.

Very tasty. I made these to go with some leftover pulled pork from the weekend. The kiddo, who is a picky eater, gave them 2 thumbs up.

These fries are delicious. So easy to make and taste like they're from a restaurant. I will never buy frozen fries again
