The chicken came out super moist and tasty, and was delicious in alfredo after deskinning and deboning. The cooking tips were super helpful too.

So delicious. I put slivers of butter between the skin and meat like someone else did and it made it super juicy and not dry whatsoever. Husband was a huge fan :))

Turned out great.. I went pretty heavy on all the spice and added smoked paprika. Big hit with my husband.

Crispy skin, moist breast. I will need to tweak the spices though, not much flavor. Full disclosure, I didn’t have celery salt.

Used poultry seasoning instead of salt and pepper. And chili powder instead of cayenne.

This recipe turned out great! I followed all the directions except in addition to everything else I added a sliver of butter between the skin and the meat to keep the chicken from being dry. It came out perfect!

Tonight I'm making this for a second time but using thighs and drumsticks. It is very crispy, juicy and delicious. I don't have a convection oven but cook it at 450 watching it closely towards the end. Thanks for posting such a great recipe!

Delicious, but a little dry, may have cooked mine a little too long. Worth trying again. My 4 year old thought it was too spicy, but he's always a wildcard.
