New family favorite!!
Crispy, yet tender meat.
Baked 50 minutes at 425… but likely just my old oven.
I used 2 eggs and an Italian 4 cheese blend instead of straight Parmesan. As well, added 1/4 cup of the blend to the mozzarella before topping the sauce for final baking.
Delicious!!
