Turns out great I make two servings of this most weeks in meal prep and usually combine with some whole grain wild rice and one of: steamed Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus or steamed broccoli.

This was great. I used single serving pieces of salmon, from Costco, but it didn’t affect the recipe. Simple, quick and delicious!

I love this dish. it really let's you enjoy the salmon rather than over power it with other flavors.

Would cook this again, very easy to make! Delicious as well! I added some McCormick lemon -pepper seasoning to the recipe.
