Very nice. A convenient and practical method of preparing bacon that is somehow easier than pan-frying. Not only is there no spattered grease on the stovetop, but for me since I have a wood stove, the grease filled paper towels from allowing the bacon to drain become great fire starters. The next time I do this though, I think it would be a good idea to place the bacon on a cooling rack to drain into the pan.
