- liquid smoke (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt (can used a smoked salt as well., I used 1½ teaspoons because we kinda like our ribs a tad salty)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. oregano
- bbq sauce (Favorite, I only used a few tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray's)

I have made these 2-3 times and they are amazing. The meat falls off the bone and I think they are better than bbq ribs!

Excellent rub and easy to put together. Definitely think the spice combo enhanced the ribs! Will do this one again!
