Modified recipe. Used 1/4 cup Hellmans Ketchup instead of Heinz Chili Sauce and Fresh Ginger and some Red Food Coloring .

modified directions/ingredients slightly but this is a great set of instructions. The ribs came out great. They weren't fall off the bone but chewy and tender and of course the sauce makes it complete so choose your sauce wisely.
