It turned out great I used a whole banana and strawberries. Also honey instead of Splenda

I used this recipe as a guide so now I have an idea of proportion size. I didn’t use almond milk but 2% and I wouldn’t use Splenda again as it was too sweet. Great little guide though.

This has become my new obsession! I use coconut milk instead of the almond milk and add a medley of berries (frozen works great too). It is just so good! I don't even bother with the splenda, though I do also add a little splash of vanilla.

This was great though I did add some ground almonds. Heating it in the microwave is an option I enjoy.

I must say I was totally skeptic about overnight oatmeals. Nonetheless, during this confinement period I wanted to change a little the morning müesli I've been taking for the last six months. Yesterday night, I finally decided to try soaking rice milk and müesli with dried fruits. This morning I loved the texture change and I will keep doing more tests.

I used 1/2 tbsp flaxseed meal and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds.
I used 4 drops of liquid stevia instead of Splenda.
I made it with just banana and will add the fruit toppings in fresh tomorrow morning depending on my mood.
Looking forward to the results!

Delicious! I used low fat milk, since I didn’t have almond milk. I added strawberries for the 1/4 cup fruit. I didn’t have flaxseed either, so left that ingredient out. I’m making it again for tomorrow with mango and adding chia seeds. Still using low fat milk.
