Really good! I made them for healthyish summer camp snacks for my kids and they were a success. Second time I made them I skipped the hassle of making date syrup and used a syrup of brown sugar and some water (I’m not a purist). I ground the oats into flour before starting because I was afraid any hint of texture would turn off my kids.

Delicious! Used a NutriBullet, which wasn’t the best, so still a few black beans. Not too many though, didn’t impact the taste at all! Baked nicely, which is a triumph in itself for GF and vegan baking. I made 6 large muffins instead for some amazing brownie muffins. Also didn’t really feel like processing dates, so just used 3/4 c maple syrup.
