- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 drops green food coloring
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (package)
- milk (Just enough, to make spreadable)
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cocoa (heaping spoonfuls quality baking)
- milk (for thinning, to make it creamy, not runny)

Cake was nice, dense and moist. Adding a little more cocoa for a richer flavor may not hurt but it was good. The mint icing was a refreshing change.
