- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest (orange part only)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (if you are using UNsalted butter)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups pecans (half of them chopped)
- 1 pie shell (deep dish)
