I used to have a Tea catering business and I have made plenty of scones over the years, that being said, I’m always up for a new recipe.
These were very light, raised nicely, I cut the dough into 20 bite size pieces, lowered the oven temp to 395* and baked for18 min..
To the dough I added a tsp. of cinnamon and at the end, I mixed in 1/2 cup of cinnamon chips.
I really liked this recipe and will be sure to use again, and try adding different fruits, chips etc. Nicely done, thanks.
