Loved how simple this recipe was! I didn't have any walnuts, so I made it a pure choc chip cookie. I used semi-room temp instead of cold butter, and added about 1/2 to 1 tsp. of cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Baked at 300 for 17 min. & actually kept some of the chewiness! (My first batch I baked for 18 min. and maybe I let it cool on the pan for too long; the cookies came out crispy. Not the texture I wanted. 🙅🏻)
