It is so yummy ,love it !! Used fresh peppers instead of marinated as I didn't have any. Also used pumpkin seeds instead of the pine nuts

Amazing!! Seriously perfect flavor a but I left out the red onion :-) the tartness of the dressing is perfect, although i do cut back on the red wine vinegar a bit because it was too tart with the regular amount
