- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt (flake-style, UPDATE: Use flake-style rather than table salt. If you only have table salt then cut it back, maybe by half?)
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil (finishing-quality)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. rosemary needles (finely chopped fresh, Note: The oils in rosemary are powerful, but if you use a rougher chop 2 tbsp might be necessary.)
- olive oil (for coating the pan)
