This was delicious! I added mushrooms, baby carrots and halved Brussels sprouts to the roaster, and served everything with baby potatoes. What an amazing smell in the house!

AMAZING!! I added a cup of dried wild mushrooms that were soaked, chopped and mushroom liquid added as water replacement!! Oh my goodness, i could just stand and inhale all the wonderful spices all day. the taste was supurb. Meat i used what i had on hand: two Buffalo shanks and four beef short ribs. A definite keeper.

Modified the oven temp to 350 due to time restraints Cooked it for 2 hrs
I will do this again
