This dish was so easy and so delicious! I served it with barbecued shrimp. Will be keeping this in my repertoire for a long time.

Family loved it. Not a whole lot of flavors, but pretty good. We substituted snow peas for regular green peas, and it turned out great! Would make again, but more as a side dish than an entree. Overall, easy to make and pretty good. Not fabulous, but good.
