Cut back on the peanut oil by a tablespoon or more and add a tablespoon of sesame oil. Also use rice vinegar instead of cider vinegar. I also added a package of Ramen Oriental flavor pack as well as the Ramen chicken flavor. If you make the day before add more crunchy ramen noodles an hour before serving. Yummy!
