Let me tell you about these bonbons. I prepared them like I was supposed to, chilling them when the dough was made, and then scooping them into the little balls....but I found that they didn’t quite keep their shape like they should, even after freezing them for the second time. They flattened out a little, so they just didn’t look like bonbons. So instead of throwing them away because of their disappointing looks, I popped them in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes and made delicious cookies (I AM NOT KIDDING). 3/5 as bonbons and 5/5 for cookies. I didn’t change anything!
