Awesome - I used spicy sausage so I left out the salt and red pepper. Turned out great :)

awesome recipe. of course i added a couple of things to make it my own but this is an excellent base recipe on its own.

My husband and I loved this Orecchiette w/Sausage and Broccoli dish. Next time (and there will be a next time), I want to reduce the calories, so I plan on using 8 oz. of pasta, turkey sausage, and less olive oil and butter. I also used more crushed red pepper.

So good that we made it two days in a row! I’m usually not a fan of “sauceless” pasta dishes but this buttery sauce is so full of flavour! Fantastic!

Yummy! Did not add all the olive oil except 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon of butter. also used bowtie noodles since i did not have the orecchiette noodles. Also used parmesan cheese too just as good! Also the pepper flakes gave it a hint of spice that really made it. Was very yummy. definitely would make again.

Delicious! I didn’t use as much olive oil or butter as suggested in the recipe and for my taste, it turned out perfectly with less.

Really tasty! Everyone loved it. So simple, too! I would use hot italian next time but I like spicy. Yummy!

this was great! I added white wine (a cup) and a little lemon juice at the end of sauce making and let it simmer for a bit. This reheated really well for leftovers in a deep sautee pan with a little extra broth. I will definitely make again!

This was absolutely amazing!!! I skipped the broccoli and the extra olive oil at the end of the recipe. It’s my new favorite meal for sure!
