- 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls ("pearls"-found next to fresh mozzarella)
- chopped parsley (fresh, or basil)

Delicious! This recipe was wonderfully light and delicate in flavour, but hearty and filling. The whole family wolfed it down. Definitely follow the 2x or 3x instructions. You will want leftovers!
