- 3 handfuls fresh oregano leaves
- 250 mL dry white wine
- 100 mL balsamic vinegar (decent quality)

- 80 grams grana padano (finely grated)
- 300 grams ricotta (fresh, make your own: Karen Martini's ricotta recipe)
