- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. goat cheese (used ricotta)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (Asiago, or Romano cheese, used shredded parm)
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped- used dried)
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp. salt
