  • 2 egg yolks
  • 110 grams sugar
  • 75 milliliters extra-virgin olive oil
  • 90 milliliters whole milk
  • 90 milliliters water

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and sift. In a separate bowl, add the egg yolks, sugar, oil, milk, and water. Then add the flour, yeast and cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each orange to make sure each orange sits flat.
