- 6 oz. long grain and wild rice mix
- herb seasoning
- rice mix (Additional ingredients to prepare, according to package instructions)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries (sweetened)
- 1/4 cup Smucker's Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions
- COOK rice mix according to stovetop package directions using water and butter or olive oil.
- STIR cranberries, marmalade and almonds into cooked rice mixture as soon as cooking is complete.
- COVER saucepan and let stand 5 minutes.

With some changes, I give this 5 stars. As is, it’s pretty sweet and I’d only give 3. I used 1.5 cups wild rice mix (not a box mixed with seasoning, just the rice) and cooked it in veggie broth. I also added in a package of Morningstar vegan chik’n strips (cooked on stove then added in with other ingredients at end). Next time, I’d also add in some lemon juice to help balance out the sweetness.
