Came out moist and tasty! Can definitely do with more orangey flavor! Maybe add some orange zest?

I'm allergic to dairy AND processed sugar so finding a dessert that tastes halfway decent is challenging. This is the first cake I've ever baked from scratch, and it was surprisingly easy, especially considering I don't have food processor (just a regular blender) or a spring form pan. The cake came out really well: moist, sweet (but not overwhelmingly), and very tasty. The only con is that it's a bit time consuming (it took a full two hours of boiling to get the oranges soft enough), 10 minutes to get all the ingredients mixed, and then another 40 minutes of baking. But overall, it was worth it.

Yes it’s fabulous. I just started a sugar free diet and it’s perfect for daily hungry times!
Is there an alternative to almond flour? Thats my only negative, it’s too expensive

Great recipe. As others have said boiling the oranges seems improbable but it works great. I added a half cup of almond slivers and liked the crunch I got from that

Very nice, moist, flavorful, not too sweet. Never boiled oranges before, it works!

Amazing! I baked it for about 33 minutes as the sides browned first. It's sticky, moist and delicious. Friends loved it too.

I was a bit skeptical about using the whole orange. Cooking the orange is a bit time consuming but well worth it . But this cake is moist sweet and very flavorful. Amazing !

Even before I added icing to this cake the outside was light, crisp, and sweet. The inside is dense but moist with a fragrant orange scent. Overall, this is just a very satisfying dessert. The only addition I would make to the recipe is to flout your bundt pan. This cake was tricky to remove!

Baked it in bundt Tin should have reduced cooking time soft on inside bit overdone on the outside

Loved it! The only issue was that the baking time suggested was too long, and cake almost burned. It tastes very similar to an Orange Glaze Cake...just needs nuts and dates.

I followed the recipe exactly and this turned out to be absolutely delicious! My husband and I ended up each eating three slices in one sitting because it was so moist and delectable. But, the best part is we didn't even feel gross after eating that much because it is so light.
