Sounds great but seems like it would be too watery or at least melt too quickly with just ice, plus it’s missing the signature Dole pineapple. I haven’t made it yet but planning to this summer, but I’m going to substitute the crushed ice with frozen pineapple chunks to add more structure and the pineapple flavour. Also I think it might be too sweet with both the Cool Whip and the honey so I’m hoping the tartness of the pineapple will mellow things out. Also thinking about getting frozen orange juice concentrate with lots of pulp.
