    I don't have a grill, so I had to bake it. i would broil it to try and carmelize the top.

    Ok! ill bake it in the oven and then cut the broiler on to caramelize the salmon a bit prior to being done

    served this with roasted mini potatoes and steamed green beans. i cooked the salmon in a thick frying pan and i really like this cooking method i normally bake salmon but will cook it stove top again. my only complaint is I should have marinated it longer. i suggest overnight.

    I just used a regular pan to cook the salmon after marinating for the full hour and it turned out really well! I could taste the marinade quite a bit but it didnt overpower the salmon. I paired it with some sauteed kale and used some of the leftover marinade in the kale and it was an amazing meal.

    It was really a great marinade. I let it set for an hour. I think it would be even better to marinate overnight.

    I made it in the instant pot along with rice. Set it to medium steam for 4 minutes and let it slow release for 10. Then took it out and reduced the orange juice in a pan

    Very flavorful! I try to make salmon for dinner often and this recipe will be added to the mix. I didn’t let it cook long enough for it to brown on top which I will do next time but I’m currently working with a convection oven and cook times can be tricky. Overall a great choice.

    I thought it was delicious! My husband and son thought it could use a bit more sweetness. Could have been my oranges weren’t too sweet to begin with. But it’s being added to the rotation! 👍🏼

    Delicious, quick and easy to make - will be a regular in my menu planning. 👍 Didn’t have any fresh garlic so used crushed garlic from a bottle and crushed ginger from a jar.
