  • 8 ounces truRoots Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
  • 2/3 cup peanut satay sauce (prepared)
  • 1/4 cup fruit spread (orange marmalade)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves (chopped, divided)
  • 1/2 pound grilled chicken breast strips (prepared)
  • 1 tablespoon cocktail peanuts (chopped)

    Directions

    1. 1. COOK pasta in large pot of boiling salted water, just until al dente, about 7 to 9 minutes.
    2. 2. HEAT satay sauce and marmalade in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pasta, chicken and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Cook and stir until heated through. Divide mixture into two bowls. Garnish with remaining cilantro and peanuts.
