- 8 oz. truRoots Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
- 2/3 cup peanut satay sauce (prepared)
- 1/4 cup fruit spread (orange marmalade)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (chopped, divided)
- 1/2 lb. grilled chicken breast strips (prepared)
- 1 Tbsp. cocktail peanuts (chopped)

Directions
- 1. COOK pasta in large pot of boiling salted water, just until al dente, about 7 to 9 minutes.
- 2. HEAT satay sauce and marmalade in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pasta, chicken and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Cook and stir until heated through. Divide mixture into two bowls. Garnish with remaining cilantro and peanuts.
