It was actually pretty good! I was a little nervous making it, since I’ve never jarred anything before, but it came out really good. It was nice and gooey and perfect. The rinds were a little tough, so I let it cook for a little longer and it turned to a really deep orange color.

Absolutely perfect, I halved the recipe as I didn’t want too much and it made 3 small jars! Family loved it!
