An amazing lentils soup, easy to make and great for cold and stormy days :)
Ingredients

- 300 grams orange lentils
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 olive oil (table spoons)
- 6 cups chicken stock (/ water)
- 1 parsley (stalk)
- 2 bay leafs
- 100 grams tomato (purree)
- 1 sweet paprika (table spoon)
- paprika (A pinch of spicy)
- salt

Directions
- Rinse the lentils well
- Heat the oil in a medium sized pot, add the onions and cook until onions are translucent.
- Add the lentils, and keep on cooking while stirring for a minute.
