Description
When straight orange juice just won't do -- say, when entertaining friends at brunch or for a non-alcoholic option at a holiday cocktail party. Fresh mint and pomegranate seeds are muddled with orange pieces in each glass, then topped with fresh orange juice and served with ice, if desired. But really, the drink is quick and easy enough to make for yourself as a morning refresher any day of the week.
