Directions
- Roast pork in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 40 minutes (about 20 minutes per pound).
- Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients for basting glaze. Baste occasionally with glaze the last 20 minutes of cooking time, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes before carving.
