- 6 Tbsp. gelatin (grassfed, this is my favorite brand – here’s why)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (how to make coconut milk from coconut cream concentrate)
- 1 tsp. cherries (dried acerola, for a total of 250 mg per serving)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (optional – You many need none at all or a little more, depending on how sweet your orange juice is, If my local beekeeper is sold out, this is the brand I buy)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (where to buy vanilla extract, how to make vanilla extract)
- vegetables (Optional – Non-toxic, based food coloring, I used this gingerbread boy mold, but I also have and love these)
- candy (molds, optional, I used this one)
