I use this as a base for my cranberry sauce experiments. Last year I used blood orange. This year, to cut the bitterness down a bit more, I used brown sugar and mandarin/cutie oranges!

Very good. I added 1/4 c honey, 1/4 c brown sugar and a splash or two of Cointreau for extra orange flavor. I also mashed the berries with my old nut chopper while cooking, had to wear a glove. I like the consistency of half whole berries and jam-like yumminess.

Fabulous. Took three minutes to get the ingredients in the pan and then I was onto other things! So delicious.
