Turned out really great! As other said not overly sweet but good texture and flavour! I made mini ones and worked out fine by just watching them for time.

Fantastic!! Not too sweet not too oily. They had a wonderful flavor. Fresh cranberries baked up beautifully. Will be gifting these for Christmas.. the ones I don’t eat myself!

Beautiful, delicious, nice crouch on top, soft inside. I left out the cranberries but dropped a table spoon of cranberry sauce onto the batter in each muffin tin and gave it a swirl before adding the sugar on top.
