I love this recipe. Everyone who has tasted this recipe loves it. Its easy, there's no added sugar, and it is vegan and paleo friendly!

- 1 cup nuts (and seeds, extra to top)
- Orange (zested and juiced separately)
- dark chocolate (Melted, I used 90%)
- 2 cups coconut (reserve 1\2 cup)

Directions
- Place soaked dates, coconut, nuts, and squeezed orange juice in food processor. Process until everything is well combined. It should be sticky.
- Pour mix into lined bread pan and put in freezer until it becomes firm.
- Add coconut and orange zest to food processor and process for about 30 seconds and pour into a small bowl.
- Once your slab is firm cut into bite sized 1 inch squares. Dip in dark chocolate then into orange coconut.
- Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until chocolate sets. Store in freezer bags or in a lined container.
