I really liked it and it was fairly easy and quick to make. Served with roasted squash, asp and broccoli. I didn’t make rice but made with lemon, chive and cilantro quinoa. Chicken was very tasty,
. The sauce didn’t thicken too much but was fine would definitely make again.
