This was very good. Once the cooking started, it came together very quickly. I don’t like spicy food but this tasted smoky rather than spicy. Very nice flavor!

I threw all of these ingredients together plus a little bit of store bought salsa and doubled the chipotle peppers. I let all of the ingredients marinate the chicken for a few hours and baked my chicken at 400 degrees for 27 mins. I didn’t use as much chicken as the recipe calls for so it wasn’t dry. I added sautéed bell peppers and tortilla wraps. It was really good. Not too spicy.

The chicken was good and I would make it again but the rice was a meh. I would not make tue rice again.

This chicken is awesome, full of flavor and perfect amount of spice! But PLEASE don’t rinse your chicken 😂😭 not sure why the recipe calls for that. Yuck

This was a huge hit! Delicious with just enough heat. Served it with cilantro lime rice and grilled zucchini. It was even better as leftovers. Yum! Note: I was out of maple syrup, so I used honey.

Great flavor! We made regular rice since we made chili asparagus as a side. I would cut down on the amount of salt next time.

Absolutely amazing! Well worth the faff, added lime as others suggested and it was seriously tasty! Definitely making this again 😃

I thought this recipe was great! I saw someone added lime and it made sense with the cilantro rice , so I did as well and it did wonders! I also added a bit more orange juice and some lime zest with the orange zest..Seemed to make the flavors all pop a little more! Will make again

Delicious!
I would make it again! I doubled the amount of orange juice and maple and added a bit of lime for more acidity and boy did it make a difference! I also doubled the chili powder. I had to cook the chicken for ten minutes longer as well because I had really thick pieces

Awesome! I have made it several times. I usually add a little more of the spices I like, but it’s perfect to follow the recipe.

My husband and I loved this recipe. Thought the orange flavor was maybe a bit strong making it taste more like orange chicken, so I would maybe try less orange juice next time but otherwise great recipe. Quite a bit of heat so maybe could use less Chile powder in the beginning as there are chipotle peppers used at the end. Also only used 3 chicken breasts. I saw some people mention it was dry. I thought it was fine with 3 chicken breasts. I also sliced the chicken into pieces like in the picture shown and felt like that helped the flavor be more evenly distributed. Would highly recommend if you like a little spice in your life!

It was great :) wish the flavor got into the chicken instead of just on the outside. Cut it up and spread that glaze!
