- chicken
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (cut into irregular 1 inch cubes)
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 eggs
- oil (for frying)
- 1 orange (large)
- 1/4 tsp. orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (found near the soy sauce in most grocery stores- use a brand like Nakano)
- 1/2 tsp. Siracha sauce (asian chili sauce... can substitute with another hot sauce if you can't find any can use more if you like it spicy)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. corn starch

Really delicious
I added extra chili flakes to make it spicy, defitnely will make again

I made this last night and thought it was really good, however, it didn't actually taste like the orange chicken from Panda express. Not complaining there, like I said I thought it was really good. I would definitely make this again, as I felt it wasn't too difficult to make. I served it with white rice and steamed broccoli.
