- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup pineapple (diced)
- 8 grams sauce (orange)
- white rice
- chili (de arbol flakes, or red pepper flakes, optional)

Directions
- Cover the chicken with flour. Shake excess flour off.
- Spray cooking oil into a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
- Add the onion, green bell pepper, and pineapple and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the chili flakes for a spicier flavor.
