  • 400 grams chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 8 grams sauce (orange)

  • chili (de arbol flakes, or red pepper flakes, optional)

    Directions

    1. Cover the chicken with flour. Shake excess flour off.
    2. Spray cooking oil into a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
    3. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and pineapple and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the chili flakes for a spicier flavor.
