i have been looking for chicken recipes that dont require a batter or deep frying of the product, yet provide similar flavors to the original. This one surely fits the bill! it is easy to prepare, and the instructions are very clear. unlike many reviewers who base their review on changes they made to this recipe, i made this recipe exactly as instructed, and it turned out really really good.

I used the Iron Chef Orange Sauce instead of the scratch sauce and the meal was perfect.

Excellent! I made the mistake of putting in 1 tablespoon (not teaspoon) of Sirachi sauce. It was a little spicy but tasty. It’s a keeper!

Turned out great! Left out the hoisen and Sriracha sauce and added a 1/2 cup of orange marmalade 👌 And seasoned the chicken with garlic!

We loved it but I added extra orange juice to make a bit more sauce
It was still thick and sticky to coat the chicken

Tasty! The orange flavor was a bit overpowering, so I’ll be adding the zest of one orange, not two, for next time. Less rice vinegar as well. A tablespoon of honey would also amp up this sauce!

It turned out great! i didn't have oranges on hand so i used natural orange juice. Delish!!

Way too much orange zest, the sauce was very bitter. It's also a shame to see the whole marinade go to waste.

Simple,quick and very good. I added some fresh ginger to the sauce and broccoli with the chicken. Will make this again soon.

Delicious! Used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil gave it a bolder flavor. Will definitely make this again.
