Delicious. Delicately flavored with fresh orange juice and zest. I substituted honey thinned with a little warm water to match the consistency of agave nectar (just because I was making these in the morning and discovered I was out of agave nectar—wasn’t about to change out of my warm PJs and go to the store in this cold damp weather.) The glaze made with coconut oil, orange zest and agave/honey is so good that next time I might drizzle a little more over these warm sliced bars and let it soak in. I will definitely make this again. (Which may happen sooner than later because my husband is devouring them.)
