Directions
- Heat the griddle of the KitchenAid® 6 Burner Gas Rangetop to 350° F.
- Make the cranberry orange compote. In a small saucepan from the KitchenAid® 7-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Set, combine the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens and some of the berries burst, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon.
- To make the pancakes, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, and orange zest in a large bowl.
