Super yummy and unique treat! The juice from the two oranges I used for zesting was enough to satisfy the OJ requirement, and since I hand-squeezed them, I got extra yummy bits of pulp in the bars, which was a wonderful, natural sweetness.
I had to cook for 50 minutes instead of 20, but I’m in the mountains in Norway, so I imagine cooking times vary.
Went amazingly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

these tur ed out great! i added a little more juice and it was almost like little pockets of fresh juice througgout the bars. delightful!
