- 1 handful mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites (room temperature, go ahead and divide egg whites while the cake cooks)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
