These were delicious. The onions really need to cook low and slow for about 45 min to really get them caramelized, and the rolls needed closer to 30 min in the oven to fully cook, but they were soft on the inside and had lots of mellow, sweet onion flavor. I sprinkled them with salt and brushed with butter right after they came out of the oven. Will definitely make again.
