- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 whole wheat pita breads
- 50 grams feta cheese (or goat cheese)
- 50 grams manchego cheese (grated)
- 6 black olives (sliced)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Heat the olive oil in a hot saucepan. Saute the onions for 15 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the garlic and rosemary, then cook for 1 more minute. Remove from the stove.
