BLAND AND BORING; even with the addition of garlic, red pepper flakes and some thyme.

Really good meal. Took a little more time than i thought to prepare. But meal was really worth it. I paired it with corn as a side and really did feel like a good combo. Is truly a meat and potatoes kind of meal.
